Who We Are









Anne immigrated from Vietnam as a young girl and has been striving to better herself and those around her ever since. 








Anne studied accounting and received her Bachelors from California State University, San Bernardino, in 1990.


In 2003, Anne received her certification as an Enrolled Agent.


Since 2005, Anne has been a member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents. 


A dedicated and hard worker, Anne has been preparing tax returns for the public for over two decades, and has completed over 5,000 returns!


In 2010, Anne founded her own business, dedicated to serving residents in Sacramento County and beyond with her experienced tax preparation services at reasonable prices.

Our fees to prepare a federal 1040 with itemized deductions (Schedule A) and a state return typically range from $120 to $220; preparation fees for a 1040 and state return with no itemized deductions typically range from $80 to $120. Even at the high end, our preparation fees are typically lower than those of our competitors, and usually they're considerably less--even half as much!


According to a survey prepared by the National Society of Accountants in 2010,  the average prices charged by their members:
